How many children can attend? We can accommodate groups of different sizes depending on the adventure, location, and educator staffing available. Larger groups may require additional educators so we can maintain a safe, engaging experience for every child. When you inquire, we’ll help determine the best setup for your group.

Where do birthday adventures take place? Birthday adventures take place at outdoor locations throughout San Diego County. Depending on your chosen theme, we may explore beaches, parks, trails, tide pools, or other natural spaces. We’ll work with you to choose a location that fits your adventure and group.

How long is a birthday adventure? Our birthday adventures are typically designed as a 2-hour outdoor experience, giving kids plenty of time to explore, play, and enjoy their adventure without feeling rushed. Custom durations may be available upon request.

Can parents bring food and cake? Absolutely! Parents are welcome to bring cake, snacks, drinks, and other birthday treats for the celebration. We’ll focus on leading the outdoor adventure, while you can handle the food and celebration details.

What happens if it rains? We’ll keep an eye on the forecast and communicate with you if weather may affect your adventure. If conditions are unsafe or make the experience impractical, we’ll work with you to reschedule whenever possible. Specific weather policies may vary depending on the location and type of adventure.

Do you provide decorations or party favors? Our focus is on creating an unforgettable outdoor experience rather than a traditional party setup. Decorations and party favors are not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own decorations and birthday supplies. If you have a specific idea in mind, let us know and we’ll see how we can incorporate it into the adventure.

Can you create a custom theme? Absolutely! Create Your Own Adventure is one of our favorite options. If your child has a special interest or dream adventure, tell us about it and we’ll work with you to create a custom outdoor experience around their interests. Custom themes are available upon request and may have additional planning or staffing requirements.
